Welcome to Sitka Office Services.       

My mission at SOS is to serve the Sitka community and Southeast Alaska as a one-stop virtual office, providing a large array of office services including affordable web design, e-marketing, bookkeeping and payroll services, desktop publishing, word processing, computer tech  and general office support.  Please see my menu of services for a full list.  I update the menu frequently to meet the needs of customers and I’m open to suggestions of services needed.  

New Office Now Open

SOS new office space is at 246-E Katlian Street.  That's in the same building as Dan Stockel's Hook & Line and across from the new BIHA building. Please stop by and see my office, have cup of coffee, and talk about your office service needs.   Office hours are 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, or by appointment.

Virtual Office Services

Remember when you started your business and thought how great it would be to do what you wanted to do and be your own boss.  Then the paper work started - invoices, accounts receivable, tax reports, payroll, bank reconciliation.  If you feel like you are drowning in paper work, SOS can be a lifeline to help you out of the waves of paper and get you back to the part of your business you enjoy.

Web Design Services

Web presence is essential to business success.  Even in small communities like in Southeast Alaska, more people look to the web than the yellow pages.  Unfortunately getting that first site up and running can be expensive.  That's why at SOS, I have a "first web site" special. This package includes a domain name, free hosting and a 3 page site, all for $500. See About SOS for links to some examples of first web site specials.

SOS video makes it to national finals for Vertical Responses New Deal Contest.

Vertical Response, the email marketing service I use, hosted a video contest for small businesses.  The video entry had to answer three questions.  What does the business do?  Why do you do it?  What would you do if you won the money?  Here's my entry.  I didn't win the contest.  But I was honored to make it to the national finals.
